Pick InstaMed when the category you are buying is ERA and cash application, and pick Cedar, RevSpring, or Flywire when the category is the patient statement. Those are different failures. Pick Waystar's Capterra remittance line, 4.6 from 41 reviews, when you want a review count, and read John M.'s 30 May 2026 note beside it: he could not get an ERA for more than 3,000 claims after leaving TriZetto. Pick someone else when you need PLB, contractual versus non-contractual, or a daily bank tie-out, because those cells are not published for every row above.

- Post a paper EOB and a portal PDF, and show where the image lands.
- Where does a PLB takeback hit the ledger?
