Revenue cycle teams are buried in repetitive work, and the software meant to help only automates the easy part. The hard exceptions, the denials, the appeals, the underpayments, still land on someone's desk. We started Substrate to change that: agents that take on the hardest work, not tools that hand it back to you. Automation does the tasks. Substrate ARC does the work.
