Labor management uses 59080-59083, one per calendar date per setting at the highest level. Delivery uses 59431, 59432, 59502, or 59503 with a Z3A code. Postpartum care is per-encounter E/M with modifier TH, and Z3A is not required on postpartum E/M claims.
